| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结直肠癌患者血液中CK20 mRNA表达及其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR法检测61例结直肠癌患者术前外周血和术中门静脉血以及20例健康自愿者与10例结直肠息肉患者外周血中CK20 mRNA表达。结果 61例结直肠癌患者术前外周血CK20 mRNA表达阳性率为41.0%(25/61),术中门静脉血中CK20mRNA表达阳性率为45.9%(28/61),两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结直肠癌患者外周血和门静脉血中CK20 mRNA表达均与肿瘤TNM分期?浸润深度?远处转移和区域淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。20例健康自愿者和10例结直肠息肉患者外周血中均无CK20 mRNA表达。结论 CK20是结直肠癌患者血液中反映微转移较为特异的肿瘤标志物,结直肠癌患者血液中CK20 mRNA表达与肿瘤的分期、浸润和转移有关。
