儿科门诊教学在综合医院儿科实习教学中的作用初探

目的：探讨儿科门诊教学在综合医院儿科实习教学中的作用。方法：总结病房＋门诊实习组学生临床病例分析能力各项成绩并与单纯病房实习组进行比较。结果：病房＋门诊实习组的学生在临床病例特点提炼总结能力、逻辑思维及表达能力等方面较单纯病房实习组明显提高。结论：门诊教学在综合医院儿科实习教学中起重要作用，可提高学生临床思维、病例特点总结等能力。

Preliminary discussion On effects of pediatric teaching in outpatient department for interns in general hospital
