| 摘 要： | 目的总结胰体尾癌根治性手术治疗的研究进展。方法复习总结近年来胰体尾癌根治性手术治疗的相关报道。结果标准胰体尾切除术仍是目前治疗胰体尾癌的最主要术式,其他如保留脾脏的胰体尾切除术、联合腹腔干切除的胰体尾切除术和腹腔镜下胰体尾切除术对治疗胰体尾癌也有一定意义。结论胰体尾癌的外科治疗水平已有一定的提升,但更大的进步仍有待于学者们的继续努力。
