| 摘 要： | 目的：确定最佳处方，解决葡萄糖酸钙注射液析出问题。方法：采用正交试验的方法，选择最佳处方及工艺，并考察其室温条件下和加速试验后其质量稳定性。结果：采用适宜的助溶剂和特殊的工艺操作法，能够生产出质量稳定产品。结论：最佳处方生产出葡萄糖酸钙注射液符合法定标准。

| Abstract: | Objective:To solve question of calcium gluconate injection sludge and determinate best recipe.Method: To choose best recipe and craft by doing experiment of face junction and survey its quality stability under the condition of chamber temperature and hasten experiment.Result:By using proper liquor and particular craft can produce product of quality stability.Conclusion:Calcium gluconate injection is satisfy standard of statutory with best recipe. |
