| 摘 要： | 作者将40例经临床及CT扫描证实的急性脑梗塞患者随机分为前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)治疗组和低分子右旋糖酐对照组进行疗效观察,并对治疗前后血液流变学指标进行了分析.结果表明,PGE_1组总有效率95%,痊愈及显效率80%,痊愈及显效率较对照组疗效显著(P<0.05).PGE_1组用药后全血比粘度、血小板粘附率、血脂下降明显(P<0.05).提示PGE_1具有降粘、抗凝、解聚、溶栓作用.

| Abstract: | Forty cases of cerebral infarction verified by CT scanning were ramdonized into PGE1 treatment group and control group treated with low molecular dextran. The hemorrheological parameters before and after treatment were analysed. The results showed that the total effective rate and cured-Satisfactory rate in PGE1 group were 95% and 80%, respectively. The cured-satisfactory rate in PGE1 group was higher than that in control group (p<0. 05). After treatment, the whole blood specific viscosity, the platelet adhesion rate and blood-lipid decreased significantly in PGE1 group (p<0. 05). It is suggested that PGE1 has the ef-fects of decreasing blood viscosity, anti-coagulation, loosing platelet aggregation and dissolving thrombus. |
