普贝生用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的探讨

目的 :探讨普贝生 -控释前列腺素 E2 栓剂用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的有效性及安全性。方法 :采用随机双盲、对照研究的方法 ,对 50例足月妊娠孕妇阴道内使用普贝生 ,对照组 40例宫颈内给予普比迪凝胶。比较两组孕妇宫颈 Bishop评分 ,分娩情况 ,对胎儿及新生儿的影响。结果 :研究组孕妇用药后 6、 12 h宫颈 Bishop评分分别为 6.2± 1.1和 7.7± 1.3 ,明显高于对照组 4.8± 1.2和 6.8± 1.0 (P<0 .0 1)。研究组孕妇临产发动时间、破膜时间均明显短于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。两组产妇总产程、剖宫产率、产后出血量 ,胎儿窘迫和新生儿出生时状况无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5)。宫缩过度刺激是普贝生的主要副作用 ,但取药后可立即好转。结论 :普贝生是一种有效、安全的促宫颈成熟的药物

Clinical evaluation of propess for cervical ripening in term pregnancy

To explore the efficacy and safety of continuously releas ed prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2) suppository-propess used for cervical ripening in ter m pregnancy Methods: A double-blind, randomized, case-control clinical study w as conducted, propess was used in 50 cases as study group, Prepidil was used i ntracervically in 40 cases as control group The cervical maturity (by Bishop s c oring), condition of delivery, fetal and neonatal condition were compared betwee n two groups Results: Bishop score was 6 2±1 1 and 7 7±1 3 respectively after using propess 6 and 12 hours in the study group, which was significantly higher than that of control group (4 8±1 2, 6 8±1 1, respectively, P<0 01) The time to labor starting, membrane rupture was shortened obviously in study group than that of control group (P<0 01) There was no significant difference between two g roups in total duration of delivery, cesarean section rate, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal and neonatal conditions The major side-effect of propess was overstimulation of uterine contraction Conclusion: Propess can be used for cervical ripening safely and effectively
