山番荔枝中的细胞毒生物碱

山番荔枝Annonamontana为一种常绿小树，原产印度和巴西，后移植到我国台湾。其中有多种生物碱，其甲醇提取物在体外筛选中对人KB细胞、A－549肺癌、HT－29结肠癌细胞及鼠类P－388及L－1210白血病有细胞毒作用。今报道从该提取物中分得1个新菲类生物碱，定名annoretine，C19H19

Mountain cherimoya Annonamontana as a kind of evergreen tree, native to India and Brazil, after transplanted into Taiwan in our country.There are many kinds of alkaloids, the methanol extracts from in vitro screening of KB cells, A-549 lung cancer, HT P-388-29 colon cancer cells and rats and L-1210 leukemia have cytotoxic effect.This report from the extract of a new kind of alkaloid, named annoretine, C19H1.
