知柏地黄汤加减对女性寻常痤疮血清睾酮的影响及疗效分析

目的：观察知柏地黄汤对女性寻常痤疮患者血清睾酮的影响，治疗效果及作用机制。方法：应用知柏地黄汤口服治疗38例女性寻常痤疮患者，并与口服四环素、维生素B6作对照，两组疗程均为6周。治疗组与对照组在治疗前后均检测患者的血清睾酮水平。结果：治疗结束时治疗组总有效率92．11％，明显优于对照组52．63％(x^2＝14．82，P＜0．01)；治疗组治疗后血清睾酮水平下降，与治疗前及对照组比较均有非常显著性差异(P＜0．01)；而对照组治疗前后血清睾酮水平比较差异无显著性。结论：知柏地黄汤治疗女性寻常痤疮有较好的疗效，其作用机制可能与调节患者的血清睾酮水平及抗菌消炎等有关。

Effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction on the Serum Levels of Testosteronis and Analyse of Treatment Efficacy for Female Patients with Acne Vulgaris

Objective: To study the effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction on the serum levels of testosterone and analysis of treatment efficacy and mechanism for female patients with acne. Methods:38 patients were treated with Zhibai Dihuang Decoction, and compared with tetracycline ., vitB6. Two groups were treated for 6 Weeks. The serum levels of testosterone for female patients with acne in treatment group and control group were determined before and after treatment. Results: At the end of the treatment, effective rate of treatment group and control group were 92.11% and 52.63% ( % = 14.82, P < 0.01) . After the treatment with Zhibai Dihuang Decoction, serum levels of testosteron was decreased in treatment group as compared with control group before treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion:These results suggested that female patients with acne treated by Zhibai Dihuang Decoction could get some better effects. These results revealed that Zhibai Dihuang Decoction could improved patients's serum levels of testosterone.
