| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中医中药对治疗乳腺增生病的意义。方法:对比观察156例乳腺增生病经中药治疗前后的临床表现及钼靶X线影像变化情况。结果:156例乳腺增生病经中药治疗后,疼痛减轻或消失149例,占95.5%;结节减小或消失151例,占96.8%;肿块缩小或消失117例,占93.6%;溢液减少或消失30例,占93.7%。钼靶X线影像:腺体密度减低134例,占85.9%;结节影减小或消失150例,占96.2%;团块影缩小或消失112例,占89.6%;导管影变细或消失85例,占92.4%,腺体结构变清晰134例,占85.9%。结论:中药治疗乳腺增生病的疗效是肯定的,乳腺钼靶X线摄片是乳腺增生病疗效观察的有效检查方法。
