急性脑梗塞患者血清VEGF动态变化及其意义

为探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)在急性脑梗塞发病中的作用及与脑梗塞体积、病情的关系 ,采用酶联免疫法动态测定了 42例急性脑梗塞患者起病后第 1,3,7及 14天血清VEGF含量。结果显示 :脑梗塞患者血清VEGF含量在各时间点均显著高于对照组 ,第 7天达峰值 ,峰值水平与梗塞灶大小及临床神经功能缺损评分密切相关。提示VEGF与脑梗塞病理生理过程密切相关 ,血清VEGF水平测定对判断脑梗塞病变严重程度及指导临床有重要价值

Dynamic changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with acute cerebral infarction

In order to investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the onset of acute cerebral infarction and the relationship between VEGF and the volume, condition of cerebral infarction, the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to dynamiclly measure the content of serum VEGF at the first, the third, the seventh and the fourteenth day after the onset of cerebral infarction in 42 patients. Results showed that the content of serum VEGF in patients with cerebral infarction at each time point were obviously higher than those in the control group, it reached the peak volume at the seventh day. The level of peak volume had closely correlation with the size of infarction focus and the Clinical Scandinavian Stroke Scale. It could be concluded that VEGF was closely related with the pathophysiologic course of infarction, and the measurement of the level of serum VEGF played an important role in the judgement of the severity of the cerebral infarction and it could be valuable to guide the clinical work.
