| 摘 要： | 膀胱移行细胞癌的皮肤转移十分少见。报告1例71岁男性患者，因膀胱移行细胞癌进行3次手术后，在腹股沟及附近出现多发结节转移损害。膀胱癌的皮肤转移一般发生在疾病晚期，提示预后极差。
