急性白血病CD11a、CD54的表达及其临床意义

目的:观察与探讨CD11a、CD54在急性白血病中的表达变化及其临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞术检测了20例急性淋巴细胞白血病(acutelymphoblasticleukemia,ALL),27例急性髓性白血病(autemyeloidleukemia,AML)及16例正常对照骨髓单个核细胞CD11a和CD54的表达率。结果:ALL组及AML组CD11a、CD54表达率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);化疗后ALL及AML完全缓解者(CR)CD11a、CD54表达与对照组无差异(P>0.05),非CR者仍显著低于对照组(P<0.01);ALL及AML髓外浸润组CD11a表达率显著高于无浸润组(P<0.01)。结论:CD11a、CD54在急性白血病中表达异常,可能作为观察疗效、提示预后的指标之一。

Expressions and clinical significance of CD11a and CD54 in acute leukemia

Objective:To investigate the expressions of CD11a and CD54 in acute leukemia and their clinical implications. Methods:The expressions of CD11a and CD54 in 20 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), 27 cases of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and bone marrow mononuclear cells of 16 normal controls were measured by flow cytometric analysis. Results:The expressions of CD11a and CD54 in ALL or AML patients were much lower than that in the control (P<0.01). The expressions of CD11a and CD54 in ALL or AML patients with complete remission (CR) had no difference with that of the control (P> 0.05). The patients without CR still showed significantly lower expressions of CD11a and CD54 than control. ALL or AML patients with extramedullary invasion showed higher expressions of CD11a and CD54 than those without extramedullary invasion (P<0.01). Conclusion:The expressions of CD11a and CD54 were abnormal in acute leukemia. They could be used as helpful markers to observe therapeutic efficacy and evaluate prognosis.
