水蛭素和阿司匹林合用对脑梗死患者凝血功能影响的研究

目的:研究脑梗死患者同时服用水蛭素和阿司匹林对凝血功能的影响。方法:收集了经头颅CT或MRI证实的脑梗死患者120例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组:60例(男38例,女22例)单独服用阿司匹林100mg·d-1。观察组:60例(男40例,女20例)服用水蛭素每次0·32g,tid,合用阿司匹林100mg·d-1共4周。观察用药前、后凝血酶原时间(PT),部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),纤维蛋白原(FIB),血小板计数(PLT)的变化。结果:对照组服药前、后PT、FIB、PLT及APTT无明显变化。观察组服药前、后PT、FIB及PLT的变化无统计学差异(P>0·05),但APTT的变化有统计学差异(P<0·05),说明观察组对APTT有影响。临床观察无一例出血现象。结论:水蛭素与阿司匹林合用对脑梗死患者的APTT有影响,但对其他凝血功能无明显的影响。

The Effective Study of Clotting Function with Hirudin and Aspirin in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Aim:To study the clotting function of cerebral infarction patients who take hirudin and aspirin.Methods:The subjects were 120 patients with cerebral infarction confirmed by CT or MRI. 60 patients treated with aspirin 100 mg daily alone and 60 patients were treated with hirudin (0.32 g,tid) plus aspirin(100 mg,qd) for 4 weeks. PT,APTT,FIB and PLT were measured and compared between before and after the ingestion. Results:In aspirin alone group,no significant change of PT,APTT,FIB,PLT were found (P>0.05). In hirudin plus aspirin group,PT,FIB,PLT were not changed significantly(P>0.05). But APTT was significantly longer after taking hirudin plus aspirin for 4 weeks. Conclusion:Hirudin plus aspirin prolonged APTT ,but did not affect PT,FIB and PLT in the cerebral infarction patients.
