腰椎间盘胶原酶溶解术配合红花注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

目的 观察腰椎间盘胶原酶溶解术配合红花注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 将44例患者随机分为红花组与对照组,均行腰椎间盘胶原酶溶解术,红花组入院后即静滴红花注射液,2周为1个疗程,共计2个疗程。结果 红花组优良率95.45%,对照组81.82%,两组疗效差异显著;红花组临床治愈时间（21.5±2.90）d,对照组（28.50±4.73）d,红花组明显短于对照组;两组患者随访6个月,对照组复发率13.63%,红花组4.55%,红花组明显低于对照组。结论 溶盘术配合红花注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症相对于单纯使用溶盘术能快速有效地缓解腰腿痛,缩短病程,消除副作用,减少复发率。

The Clinical Obstervation On the Treatment For Lurmbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation With Collagen Zy-Molysis Cooperated whth Honghua Injection

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, using the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation collagen zymolysis technique cooperated with Honghua Injection. Methods： 44 patients with lumbar interverlebral disc herniation subject to the injection of collagen were di- vided into Honghua group and control group randomly. Honghua Injection had ken injected in Honghua group after admitted to hospital. 2 courses in treatment, each course had two weeks. Results： The fine rate of Honghua group was 95.45%, and the control group was 81.82%, so the curative effect of two group had remarkable differences. The time of curing a patient in Honghua group is （21.5 -＋ 2.90） d, and the control group is （28.50 ＋ 4. 73） d, so Honghua group was superior. In six months, the rate of recurrence in Honghua group was 4.55% , and control group was 13.63%, so Honghua group was still superior. Conclusion： Therapeutic effect of Honghua group is better than control group. And the treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with collagen zymolysis technique cooperated with Honghua Injection is able to alleviate the pain effectively, shorten the course, eliminate the side effect and reduce the rate of recurrence.
