日间CVVH在肝移植术后急性肾功能衰竭治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨日间连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(continuous veno-venous hemofiltration,CVVH)对肝移植术后急性肾功能衰竭患者的治疗作用。方法回顾性分析20例肝移植术后合并急性肾功能衰竭患者,应用日间CVVH治疗后的水电解质和酸碱平衡、肝肾功能变化及副作用情况。结果日间CVVH能纠正水电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱、改善肝肾功能、治疗过程中无严重并发症、副作用少、患者耐受性好。结论日间CVVH是肝移植术后急性肾功能衰竭肾脏替代治疗的重要选择。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the treatment efficacy of daytime continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) on acute rental failure (ARF) after liver transplantation.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on materials of 20 patients with ARF after liver transplantation.These patients were treated with daytime CVVH.The water,electrolyte and acid-base equilibrium,the metergasis of liver and renal function and the side effect were observed.Results Daytime CVVH could correct the water,electrolyte and acid-base equilibrium,and improve the liver and renal function.During the treatment there was no serious complication,the side effect was little and the patients had good survivability.Conclusion CVVH is an important choice on treatment of patients with ARF after liver transplantation.
