摘    要:目的识别、分析和评价某天然气电厂可能产生的职业病危害因素;预测职业病危害因素的种类和危害程度;分析职业病危害的关键控制点;探讨防护对策和管理措施。方法采用类比法和定量分析法进行评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素有噪声、高温、化学毒物和工频电磁场等,其中主要职业病危害因素是噪声。工作场所可能存在的化学毒物有二氧化碳、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、甲烷、氨、联氨、氢氧化钠、盐酸、硫酸、氯气、六氟化硫、氟化物、磷酸盐和硫化氢等。结论天然气电厂职业病危害因素比较复杂,其中主要危害因素是噪声,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。

Abstract:Objective To identify , analyze, and assess occupational hazard factors for a natural gas power plant in order to evaluate the category and risk degree of occupational hazard factors, determine the key control points for the natural gas power plant, and to study preventive measures and management. Methods The methods of analogue and quantitative classification were applied. Results The occupational hazard factors that exist in this construction project were noise, high temperature , chemical and electromagnetic field, the most important risk factor was noise. Chemical poisons that might exist in this construction project including carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen-oxide , methane, ammonia, hydrazine, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, sulfide acid, chlorine, fluoride , phosphate and sulfureted hydrngen. Conclusion The occupational hazard is complex, the most important factor is noise, hygienic treatment measures should be strengthened.
