| 摘 要： | 目的:建立藿香正气水的微生物限度检查方法.方法:人工加入5种阳性对照菌,测定其回收率.结果:大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉采用薄膜过滤法回收率为70%以上;控制菌(大肠埃希菌)检查采用薄膜过滤法可检出.结论:必须采用薄膜过滤法才能清除样品中的抑菌作用,该法可用于藿香正气水的微生物限度检查.

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the microbial limit test method for Huoxiangzhengqishui.Methods: The antimicrobial effect of Huoxiangzhengqishui was determined by recovery rate with 5 control strains.Results: The recoveries were over 70% when filter membrane method was used with escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,bacillus subtilis,candida albicans,aspergillus niger;Filter membrane method can be test for control bacterias(escherichia coli).Conclusion: The antimicrobial effect must be eliminated by membrane filtration.The method can be used to the microbial limit test for Huoxiangzhengqishui. |
