| 摘 要： | 目的研究复方夏天无治疗脑梗死患者疗效和对血液流变学、脑血流和脑电图等的影响。方法120例脑梗死患者随机分为复方夏天无组和对照组各60例,治疗前后患者予以经颅三维多普勒（TCD）、脑电图（EEG）和血液流变学等检查。结果治疗1月后,复方夏天无组和对照组有效率分别为68.3%和56.7%,Ridit分析P〉0.05,但患者头痛、头昏、肢体酸痛、麻木等临床症状明显改善,脑血流、脑电图和血液流变学虽两组均有改善,但以复方夏天无组尤为明显。结论复方夏天无可有效改善脑梗死临床症状,促进脑血流和脑功能恢复。
