新型头孢菌素——头孢他洛林酯

目的:介绍一种新的头孢菌素类药物--头孢他洛林酯.方法:通过查阅国内外文献,对头孢他洛林酯的作用机制、抗菌活性、耐药性、协同效应、药代动力学和临床研究等方面进行综述.结果与结论:头孢他洛林酯是一种新的对甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌和万古霉素耐药的革兰阳性菌有效的头孢菌素类药物,可以用于治疗成人社区获得性细菌性肺炎和急性细菌性皮肤和软组织感染(包括耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌所致感染).

Ceftaroline Fosamil: a New Cephalosporin

Objective： To introduce a new cephalosporin, ceflaroline fosamil, Methods： According to a number of related studies domestic and international, the mechanism of action, antimicrobial activity, antibacterial resistance, synergistic effects, pharmacokinetics and clinical efficacy of ceftaroline fosamil were summarized. Results and Conclusions： Ceflaroline is a novel cephalosporin, which has antimicrobial activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus anreus and vancomycin-resistant gram-positive organisms. It was developed for the treatment of community-acquired bacterial pneumonia （CABP） and acute bacterial skin and skin structure infection （ABSSSI）, including cases caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus （MRSA）.
