| 摘 要： | 目的探讨开腹胆道手术后再次腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆道探查取石术的安全性与可行性。方法对20例腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆道探查取石术与20例开腹胆总管切开取石、T管引流术的病例进行回顾性分析。结果腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆道探查取石术组在住院时间、住院费用、手术出血量、肠道功能恢复时间、术后并发症等优于开腹胆总管切开取石、纤维胆道镜取石、T管引流术组。结论开腹胆道手术后病例行腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆道探查取石是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate security and feasibility of LCBDE with previous open biliary duct surgery.Methods 20 cases LCBDE and 20 cases open bile duct exploration(OE) with previous open biliary duct surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results LCBDE group was obviously better than OE group on hospital time,hospital expense,the volume of bleeding in the surgery,the time of intestinal tract function restore and the complication.Conclusion LCBDE with previous open biliary duct surgery is safe and feasible. |
