| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年胸腔积液病因,为临床诊治提供参考。方法对150例老年胸腔积液患者病因进行回顾性分析。结果 150例老年胸腔积液患者病因中恶性胸腔积液86例（57.3%）,结核性胸腔积液30例（20.0%）,心功能不全14例（9.3%）,细菌感染8例（5.3%）,肝硬化4例（2.7%）,其他疾病及不明原因8例（5.3%）。结论老年胸腔积液病因复杂,临床诊断时应拓宽思路,以减少临床误诊误治。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the cause of senile hydrothorax and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 150 in-patients with senile hydrothorax were retrospectively investigated.Results There were 86 cases(57.3%),30cases(20.0%),14cases(9.3%),8cases(5.3%),4cases(2.7%) and 8cases(5.3%)caused by malignant pleural effusions,uberculous pleural effusion,cardiac dysfunction,bacterial infection,liver Cirrhosis,and unspecific reasons or diseases,respectively.Conclusion The etiological factor of senil... |
