| 摘 要： | 目的探讨曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效和安全性。方法观察50例子宫腺肌病患者放置曼月乐前后痛经程度、月经量、子宫体积,子宫内膜厚度、血清CA125、血红蛋白的变化。结果放置曼月乐后痛经明显缓解,月经量明显减少,子宫体积减小,子宫内膜变薄（P〈0.01）,血清CA125下降,血红蛋白上升。结论曼月乐对子宫腺肌病的治疗安全有效,有较好临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of LNG-IUS in treatment of adenomyosis.Methods 50 patients with adenomyosis were treated with LNG-IUS.The severity of dysmenorrheal,menstrual blood volume,endometrial thickness,uterine volume,hemoglobin and CA-125 were observed.Results After treatment of LNG-IUS,the dysmenorrhea was completely catabatic,the menstrual blood volume significantly reduced,the endometrium become thinner,and the uterine volume was decreased,hemoglobin increased and CA-125 decreased.Conclu... |
