| 摘 要： | 目的通过肝活检诊断肝实质损害程度,制定合理治疗方案。方法彩超引导定位经皮肝组织穿刺活检60例,穿刺前临床诊断病毒性乙、丙、戊慢性肝炎轻度46例,中度13例,重度1例,穿刺与取材成功率100%,全部送检病理组织学。结果病理组织学诊断轻度28例、中度24例、重度8例,与穿刺前临床诊断肝实质损害程度轻-中-重度有差异（P〈0.05）。结论彩超引导肝实质穿刺活检安全、便捷,无明显不良反应,对肝实质损害程度的诊断及指导治疗有意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of Doppler ultrasound-guided biopsy in diagnosis of hepatic parenchymatous injury.Methods Doppler ultrasound-guided biopsy was accomplished in 60 patients,and the success rate of puncture and materials was 100%.Results There was significant difference in histologic examination and clinical diagnosis prior to biopsy(P<0.05).Conclusion Doppler ultrasound-guided biopsy and histologic examination are valuable in diagnosis of hepatic parenchymatous injury and guidance of treatment. |
