| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸配合中药火疗治疗原发性痛经（PD）的临床疗效。方法将60例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组（30例）,采用针刺配合中药火疗治疗;对照组（30例）,只采用针刺治疗。连续治疗3个月经周期后进行比较。结果治疗组的治愈率、总有效率分别为60%和97%;对照组的治愈率、总有效率分别为30%和80%。两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,在综合疗效方面,治疗组优于对照组。结论针刺配合中药火疗治疗原发性痛经临床疗效显著,可在临床推广应用。
