剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术（附106例临床分析）

目的探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的安全性及可行性。方法回顾性分析106例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料。结果本组术中平均出血量为（302.0±130.2）ml,平均手术时间为（60.3±12.7）min,术后2-24 h出血量平均为（62.5±37.6）ml,平均住院天数为（6.7±1.2）d。产褥期病率为14.2%（15/106）。106例分别于产后42 d及6个月随访。产后42 d所有患者子宫形态、大小均恢复正常,产后恶露正常;产后6个月43例月经恢复正常,63例因哺乳未恢复月经。结论剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除是安全可行的,但应严格掌握适应证。

Clinical Analysis of Hysteromyomectomy during Cesarean Section: A Report of 106 Cases

Objective To discuss the safety and feasibility of hysteromyomectomy during cesarean section. Method Clinic data of 106 cases underwent hysteromyomectomy during cesarean section were analyzed retrospectively.Results The intra-and postoperative mean blood loss was（302.0±130.2） ml and（62.5±37.6） ml respectively.The average operative duration was（60.3±12.7） minutes,and the mean hospital stay was（6.7±1.2） days.The incidence rate of puerperium was 14.2（15/106）.All cases were followed up 42 days and half year after operation.The shape and size of uterus recovered and lochia was normal 42 days after operation.43 cases recovered menstruation resumed and 63 cases did not because of lactation.Conclusion Hysteromyomectomy is safe and feasible during cesarean section based on suitable indications selection.
