健脾补肾方改善实验动物学习记忆功能的研究

摘    要:为观察健脾补肾方对实验动物学习记忆功能的影响,采用避暗法、跳台法和水迷路法研究健脾补肾方对正常幼龄小鼠被动反应、氢溴酸东莨菪碱所致小鼠记忆获得障碍、戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠方向辨别障碍、400ml/L乙醇所致小鼠记忆再现障碍的影响。结果表明:健脾补肾方能减少正常幼龄小鼠5min内学习试验及记忆测验的错误次数(P<0.05,P<0.01),可提高戊巴比妥钠造成的方向辨别障碍模型小鼠的正确反应平均数和正确反应百分率;亦可延长氢溴酸东莨菪碱和乙醇所致记忆获得与再现障碍模型小鼠的记忆潜伏期,降低5min内错误次数(P<0.05,P<0.01)。这说明健脾补肾方能增强正常动物的记忆功能,对药物所致动物记忆障碍有改善作用,初步显示健脾补肾方改善学习记忆功能的药理作用

Abstract:In order to observe the effects of Bushen Jianpi (BSJP) on the abilities of learning and memory in experimental mice, the tests of avoidance response to darkness, of springing to platform after electric stimulation and of water labrynth, in normal young mice, in the memory obtaining disturbed mice induced by scoplamine hydrobromide and in the orientation disturbed mice induced by pentobarbital sodium as well as in the memory releasing disturbed mice induced by 400 ml/L alcohol, were respectively performed The results showed that BSJP could significantly reduced the error times within 5 min in normal young mice and in dysmnesia groups ( P <0 01, P <0 05), prolonged the incubation periods of memory, greatly improved the average times and percentages of correct response in orientation disturbed mice. It is concluded that BSJP could improve the memory abilities both in normal and in dysmnesia mice induced by some experimental materials It is suggested that BSJP could have the pharmaceutical effects of improving the abilities of learning and memory and thus might be important in the clinical use in the patients with dementia
