浅谈推拿手法与疗效的关系

推拿手法的个体特异性造成了不同的疗效、不同的疗程，所以要通过规范推拿手法来提高临床疗效。手法疗效的提高，离不开以下3个方面：1）法之所施，气至病所。2）法之所施，患不知苦。3）法之所施，医守其神。此外，还需在治疗过程中讲求条理，既全面又突出重点，使治疗手法安排得当，有条不紊。通常，在手法力度上应遵循先轻后重的顺序，在治疗部位上应先外周后患处、先外侧后内侧、最后整体的顺序，在手法频度上应遵循先缓后急的顺序，治疗总体上应充分体现持久、有力、均匀、柔和，或刚中求柔，或柔中求刚，刚柔相济。
