间苯三酚应用于宫腔镜手术的临床分析

目的探讨间苯三酚用于临床宫腔镜手术扩张宫颈的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2007年5月-2012年8月在北京市通州区妇幼保健院进行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除手术120例患者的临床资料,分为宫颈注射组（宫颈注射间苯三酚）和静脉滴注组（静脉滴注间苯三酚）,各60例。比较两组扩张宫颈难易程度。结果两组大部分患者容易扩张宫颈,但通过统计学分析,宫颈注射组扩张宫颈容易的患者比例较静脉滴注组多,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫腔镜手术中宫颈注射较小剂量的间苯三酚即可获得很好的扩宫效果,起效时间短,副作用很少,应用方便,值得临床推广。

Clinical analysis of phloroglucinol application for hysteroscope operation

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of phloroglucinol application for cervical dilatation of hysteroscopy surgery.Methods Clinical data of 120 cases of patients underwent hysteroscopy-guided endometrial polyps resection surgery in Maternity and Child Care Centers of Tongzhou District in Beijing City from May 2007 to August 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were divided into the cervical injection group and the intravenous drip group,each group had 60 cases.They were given treatment of cervical injection of phloroglucinol and intravenous drip of phloroglucinol respectively.The difficulty level of cervical dilatation between the two group was compared.Results Cervical dilatation of most people in the two groups was good.Proportion of patients had easier cervical dilatation in the cervical injection group was higher than that in the intravenous drip group,the difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The cervical dilatation effect of cervical injection of phloroglucinol is better than intravenous drip of phloroglucinol,which has shorter onset time,less side effect,easy application.It is worth clinical promotion.
