不同产地西洋参人参总皂苷含量比较

摘    要:目的:建立西洋参药材中人参总皂苷的含量测定方法,比较不同产地西洋参中人参总皂苷的含量。方法:采用Waters Xbridge TM C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,二元梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为203nm,柱温为25℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1分别在0.3046~1.8276μg、1.222~7.332μg、3.1038~18.6228μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.60%。结论:该方法简便、可行、重现性好、结果准确,不同产地西洋参药材中人参总皂苷含量差异较大,其中吉林、辽宁及黑龙江产地的西洋参药材中的人参总皂苷含量相对较高。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of total Ginsenoside content in Panax quinque fo liurn L. from different origins. Methods:Waters Xbridge TM C18 (4.6min×250mm,5μm)was used with a step gradient of acetoni trile-0.1% Phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 203nm, and the column tempera ture was at 25 ℃. Results:There was good linear relationship in the range of 0. 3046-1. 8276 μg for ginsenoside Rgl, 1. 222-7 332 μg for ginsenoside Re and 3. 1038-18. 6228μg for ginsenoside Rbl. The average recovery of Total Ginsenoside was 100.60%. Conclusion : This method is simple, accurate. The difference of content of total Ginsenoside Content in Panax quinque foliurn L from different origins is large, among thess, the content is higher in the Panax quinque folium L. from Jilin, Liaoning and Hei rongjiang.
