吲哒帕胺联合替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压疗效及对血脂代谢影响观察

目的：探讨吲哒帕胺联合替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效及其对血脂代谢的影响。方法：将60例原发性高血压患者随机分为A组和B组,A组给予吲哒帕胺联合替米沙坦治疗,B组给予替米沙坦单药治疗,连续治疗30d后评价疗效,并选择30例健康者作为对照组,测定原发性高血压组和对照组的血脂代谢水平（TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C）。结果：高血压组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著高于正常对照组,HDL-C水平显著低于正常对照组（P〈0.05）。A组临床疗效总有效率为96.7%（29/30）,B为73.3%（22/30）,A组临床疗效总有效率显著高于B组（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组血压明显改善,SBP、DBP水平下降,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。治疗后,A组血脂代谢紊乱明显改善,TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显下降,HDL-C水平明显上升,与治疗前和B组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,而治疗后B组血脂代谢紊乱改善不明显。结论：吲哒帕胺联合替米沙坦能有效降压和改善患者脂质代谢,是治疗原发性高血压的一种安全有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Effects of Indapamide and Telmisartan for Treating the Patients with Essential Hypertension and Its Effects on Lipid Metabolism

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of indapamide and telmisartan for treating the patients with essential hypertension（EP） and its effects on lipid metabolism.Methods：60 cases of EP patients were randomly divided into A group and B group,the A group was given the treatment of indapamide and telmisartan,and the B group was given the monotherapy of telmisartan,after 30 days of continuous therapy the clinical effects were evaluated.30 cases of healthy were as the control group,the lipid metabolism（TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C）levels of EP patients and healthy were detected.Results：The TC,TG,LDL-C levels of EP group were significantly higher than the normal control group,HDL-C levels were significantly lower than the normal control group（P 0.05）.The total effective rate of A group was 96.7%（29/30）,the B group was 73.3%（22/30）,the total effective rate of A group was significantly higher than the group B（P 0.05）.After treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups improved significantly,the SBP and DBP levels decreased,compared with pre-treatment level the difference was significant（P〈0.05）,and there was significant difference between the A and B group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the metabolism disorders of A group improved significantly,the TC,TG,LDL-C levels of A group decreased significantly and HDL-C levels increased significantly,compared with pre-treatment level and B group the difference were significant（P〈0.05）,and the metabolism disorders of B group was no significant improvement.Conclusion：The indapamide and telmisartan can effectively improve blood pressure and lipid metabolism,It is a safe and effective method for the treatment the EP and worthy of clinical application.
