摘    要:脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是由多种损伤因素引起的感觉和运动障碍,这些损伤因素包括:创伤、缺血、医源性损伤等,尽管各国研究者在其治疗方面做了很多努力,但脊髓损伤的治疗仍然是世界性的难题,目前还没有一种安全、有效的治疗方法。本文就神经干细胞和促红细胞生成素在脊髓损伤中的应用和研究进展做一综述,以便为临床治疗脊髓损伤提供新的思路和方法。

Abstract:Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a feeling and movement disorder caused by many kinds of damage factors, including trauma, ischemia, iatrogenic injury, etc. The treatment for spinal cord injury is still a worldwide problem, while countries scientists did a lot of efforts in the treatment for spinal cord injury. Now, there is not yet a safe and effective treatment method for spinal cord injury. In this paper, to offer a new thought and method for the clinical treatment of spinal cord injury, this article has made a summarize about the application and progress of neural stem cells and erythropoietin in spinal cord iniury.
