颈椎小关节不对称性与颈椎退变程度的关系及其临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨颈椎小关节不对称性与颈椎退变程度的关系及其临床意义。方法 2000年1月~2011年12月从茂名市人民医院病案室中查找到60例住院治疗的C4-5椎体滑脱患者作为观察组,以及从体检资料库中寻查到与观察组年龄、性别相匹配的体检无颈椎疾患的人员66名作为对照组,对住院号、X线号以及MRI号进行登记筛查,调阅其影像资料及病例资料,进行测量记录。结果观察组中C4和C5椎体右侧和左侧的小关节角度比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组和对照组C4、C5小关节角度比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组和对照组C3、C6小关节角度比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论颈椎小关节不对称性对颈椎退变程度有明显影响,其对临床诊治具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between cervical facet joint asymmetry and the degree of degeneration of cervical vertebrae and its clinical significance. Methods In Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital medical record room found in 60 cases of C4-5 spondylolisthesis patients from 2000 January to 2011 December as the observation group, and from the physical examination database search and the observed group in age, sex matched in our hospital medical staff of 66 without cervical diseases as control group registration, screening on admission number, X ray and MRI, access to the image data and clinical data were recorded, measurement. Results In the observed group C4 and Cs being right and left small joint angle had significant difference (P 〈 0.05). The observation group and the control group C4, C5 small joint angle had obvious difference (P 〈 0.05); the observation group and the control group Ca, C6 small joint angle were not significant (P 〉 0.05). Condusion Cervical facet joint asymmetry has obvious effect on cervical vertebra degeneration, which has important significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
