针灸治疗周围性面瘫患者28例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨针灸治疗周围性面瘫患者的临床疗效。方法：选择28例周围性面瘫患者,分为实验组和对照组各14例。对照组进行常规穴位治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加上水仓间和承仓间两个穴位的针灸治疗。两组均进行两个疗程的治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果：第1个疗程结束后,对照组和实验组的有效率分别为35.7%和64.3%;第2个疗程结束后,对照组和实验组有效率分别为78.6%和57.1%。两组的总有效率为对照组57.2%,实验组60.7%。结论：在正常穴位基础上加上水仓间和承仓间两个穴位的针灸治疗病情起效比较快,该方式值得推广使用。

28 Cases of Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Patients

Objective：To investigate the acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods：28 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were divided into experimental group and control group of 14 cases.Routine acupuncture treatment control group,the experimental group were based on the combined water storage room and order position between two points of acupuncture.Both groups were conducted two courses of treatment,comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results：1 after treatment in the control group and the experimental group rates were 35.7% and 64.3%;No.2 after treatment in the control group and the experimental group were 78.6% and 57.1%.The total effective rate of two groups of 57.2% in the control group,60.7% in the experimental group.Conclusion：In normal basis points plus the water storage room and order position between two points of acupuncture treatment relatively fast onset of the disease,in this way should be introduced.
