手术室绩效管理模块的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨手术室绩效管理模块的应用效果与临床价值。方法选取2012年7~12月于深圳市龙岗区人民医院手术室工作且以常规管理模式进行管理的22名护理人员为对照组,另将2013年1~6月以绩效管理模块进行管理的22名护理人员为观察组,将两组护理人员干预前与干预后3、6个月的手术室护理质量评分、护理人员的工作效能感及护理人员自身、医生和患者的满意度进行统计及比较。结果观察组干预后3、6个月的手术室护理质量评分总优良率为90.91%和100.00%,护理人员的工作效能感很高者比例为59.09%和72.73%,护理人员自身、医生和患者的总满意率分别为100.00%、99.00%和100.00%,其均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论手术室绩效管理模块的应用效果较佳,可有效激发护理人员的工作积极性,提升护理质量,广受欢迎。

Abstract:Objective To study the application effect and clinical value of performance management module in operat ing room.Methods 22 nurses managed with routine management mode in operating room of People's Hospital of Longgang District in Shenzhen City from July to December 2012 were selected as the control group,while,22 nurses managed with performance management module from January to June 2013 were selected as the observation group.The operation room nursing quality score,work efficiency of the nursing staffs and satisfaction degree of nurses,doctors and patients of the two groups before the intervention and at 3 and 6 months after the intervention were analyzed and com pared.Results In the observation group,the total excellent and good rate of operation room nursing quality score at 3 and 6 month after the intervention were 90.91% and 100.00%;the nursing staffs rates of very high work efficiency were 59.09% and 72.73%,total satisfaction rates of nurses,doctors and patients were 100.00%,99.00% and 100.00%,they were all higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The application effect of performance management module in operating room is better,and it can effectively stimulate the work enthusiasm and improve the nursing quality,so it is welcomed widely.
