乳腺癌患者实施个性化需求干预的效果分析

摘    要:目的分析乳腺癌患者实施个性化需求干预护理方案对其满意度的效果。方法选取中南大学湘雅医院乳腺外科2012年1~9月收治的乳腺癌患者30例为实验组,选择2011年1~9月收治的乳腺癌患者30例为对照组。两组患者均给予常规护理,而实验组在常规护理基础上给予个性化需求干预护理。比较两组患者健康需求知识知晓率情况、患者护理满意度、焦虑评分。结果干预前两组患者在健康获得观念、医学知识需求及健康教育内容方面差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);干预后第4周末,实验组在健康获得观念、医学知识需求及健康教育内容方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组患者在实施护理干预前,其焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),实施干预后,实验组焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论实施个性化需求干预护理能够提高乳腺癌患者对健康知识的知晓率,并能够提升护理满意度,降低其焦虑情绪,临床效果显著。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of intervention in patients with breast cancer on their satisfaction.Methods 30 patients with breast cancer in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from January to September 2012 were selected as experimental group,30 cases with breast cancer from January to September 2011 were chosen as control group.Patients in the two groups were all given routine nursing care,while the experimental group was given the personalized needs of nursing intervention.Awareness rate of health knowledge,nursing satisfaction,anxiety status in the two groups were investigated and compared.Results Before the intervention,health concepts,the needs of medical knowledge and health education content in the two groups were found had no statistically significant difference(P〈0.05);4 weeks after the intervention,health concepts,the needs of medical knowledge and health education con tent in experimental group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05);care satisfaction in experimental group was 93.3%,care satisfaction in control group was 73.3%,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05);the difference of depression scores in the two groups before the implementation of nursing intervention was not statistically significant(P〈0.05);depression scores in experimental group was lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients with the implementation of personalized demand intervention can improve patient health awareness rate and satisfaction,and reduce anxiety,clinical effect is remarkable.
