浅析呼吸道疾病的中医诊疗方法

目的探讨呼吸道疾病中医诊疗方法及其应用。方法以小儿哮喘的诊疗为例,选取2012年1—12月间来该院就诊并确诊为呼吸道疾病中哮喘疾病患儿20例,根据中医诊疗和西医诊疗两种方法,随机分为两组,每组10例,中医诊疗为观察组,西医诊疗为治疗组,比较两种诊疗方法分别对小儿肺炎治疗的效果。结果两种方法对小儿肺炎的诊断治疗均有效,中西医诊疗两组患儿治愈率相当,有效率差别较大,次月西医诊疗法一组出现3例患儿肺炎复发情况。结论西医治疗小儿肺炎起效时间较快,但在小儿肺炎并发症出现以及小儿肺炎病症复发预防方面效果不佳,中药诊疗法治疗小儿肺炎,起效时间较慢,但治疗较为彻底,对未发疾病以及病症复发预防方面效果良好。

Analysis of respiratory disease Chinese Medicine Clinic

Objective Investigate respiratory disease Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment methods and its application. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of children with asthma,Selected 20 cases from 2011 to 2013 to our hospital and diagnosed with respiratory disease in children with asthma disease,according to traditional Chinese medicine clinics and integrative medicine are two ways,were randomly divided into two groups,each group 10 people,Chinese clinical for the observation group,Integrative medicine for the control group,compare the two clinics were the effects of treatment for children with pneumonia. Results Two methods are effective diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pneumonia,the two groups of children in integrative medicine,the cure rate is efficiency varied,the second month of integrative medicine,law group 3 patients recurrence of pneumonia. Conclusion Western medicine treatment of children with pneumonia onset time faster,but poor effect in children with pneumonia complications and relapse prevention of pneumonia cases in children,Chinese medicine clinic treatment of pneumonia in children,slower onset time,but more thorough treatment,not good effect of the disease as well as disease recurrence prevention.
