B超诊断异位妊娠50例分析

目的就B超诊断异位妊娠50例进行分析。方法选取该院妇科2009年1月—2011年4月收治的异位妊娠的50例患者,年龄20～38岁,平均年龄31.14岁。采用美国飞利浦公司生产的Philips B超仪来进行检查,频率为3.5MHz,弧形线阵探头,异位妊娠患者在进行检查的时候取仰卧位,膀胱适度充盈,采取斜、横、纵多方面扫查异位妊娠患者的下腹部,务必要让异位妊娠患者的子宫及附件都明显地显示出来。结果本组资料的50例异位妊娠中,其中有5例(10%)为卵巢妊娠,有45例(90%)为输卵管妊娠。本组共误诊3例,其中1例患者误诊为阑尾炎,2例患者误诊为黄体破裂,误诊率为6%,B超诊断异位妊娠的准确率为94%,这与国内报道的异位妊娠诊断B超准确率82%～94.6%相似。结论 B超诊断异位妊娠诊断率高,操作简便,也不会给患者带来任何的痛苦,值得在临床上大量推广。
