| 摘 要： | 在医院城乡医疗一体化实践过程中，将PDcA（Plan，Do，Check，Action）管理模式引入管理过程中，根据计划、实施、检查、改进的四个阶段建立城乡医疗一体化管理的PDCA循环模型。详细描述了3个周期的PDCA管理循环并进行对比，使PDCA管理模式思路更加清晰和更具操作性，形成行之有效的城乡医疗一体化帮扶管理模式。
