热休克蛋白27与磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3在原发性肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的通过检测热休克蛋白27（HSP27）,磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3（GPC3）在原发性肝癌中的表达,探讨两者在诊断原发性肝癌及临床病理特征的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色SP法检测重庆市巴南区人民医院32例手术切除的原发性肝癌组织、30例肝硬化组织、25例肝脏良性占位组织及31例肝炎组织中GPC3、HSP27的表达,并分析其与原发性肝癌临床因素之间的关系。结果 HSP27其在肝癌组织中高表达阳性率为56.25%（18/32）,GPC3在肝癌中的阳性率为87.50%,HSP27和GPC3均在肝癌组织中高表达,与肝硬化、肝脏良性占位、肝炎组织中的表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。HSP27在肝癌组织的表达与肿瘤的病理分级及TNM分期有关,但GPC3的表达与肿瘤的病理分级及TNM分期无关。结论 HSP27、GPC3在肝癌组织中高表达,与肝癌的发生、发展、转移有密切联系,可能成为新的肿瘤标志物。

Expression and clinical significance of HSP 27 and GPC 3 in tissue of primary liver cancer

Objective To investigate the significance of heat shock protein 27（HSP27） and glypican-3（GPC3） in di agnosing primary liver cancer and determining its clinical pathological features through detecting their expression in primary liver cancer.Methods The expression of HSP27 and GPC3 in tissue of 32 cases of primary liver cancer re ceived surgical resection,30 cases of liver cirrhosis,25 cases of benign space-occupying lesions of liver,and 31 cases of hepatitis were detected by using SP method of immunohistochemical staining.The relationship between their ex pression and the clinical factors of primary liver cancer were analyzed.Results Both HSP27 and GPC3 had high expression in tissue of liver cancer with rate of positive expression of 56.25%（18/32） and 87.50% respectively,and had statistically significant difference（P 0.05） compared with their expression in tissue of liver cirrhosis,benign spaceoccupying lesions of liver,and hepatitis.The expression of HSP27 in tissue of liver cancer was associated with the pathological grade and TNM stage of cancer,but the expression of GPC3 was not.Conclusion HSP27 and GPC3 have high expression in tissue of liver cancer,is closely related to the occurrence,development,and metastasis of liver can cer,and may become new tumor markers.
