去氨加压素联合奥曲肽治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血疗效观察

目的：观察去氨加压素联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化食管静脉破裂出血的疗效和安全性。方法：将93例（急诊）胃镜证实为食管静脉破裂出血的患者随机分为去氨加压素组、奥曲肽组及联合治疗组。结果：去氨加压素组（A组）止血有效率为67.5%,奥曲肽组（B组）为90.3%;联合治疗组（C组）为96.8%;A组与B组比较P〈0.01,A组与C组比较P〈0.0l,差异具有统计学意义。结论：奥曲肽治疗食管静脉破裂出血效果显著,与去氨加压素联合治疗效果更佳、更安全,可临床推广应用。

The Clinical Efficacy Observation of Treating Esophagus Varicosity Burst Bleeds with Desmopressin and Octreotide

Objective：To observe the the clinical efficacy and safety of treating liver cirrhosis esophagus varicosity burst bleeds with Desmopressin and Octreotide.Methods：93 patients were once（emergency）gastroscope confirmed esophageal varicose vein burst bleeds,patients were randomly divided into the Desmopressin,Octreotide and combined treatment groups.Results：The eficient of Desmopressin group was 65.6%,Octreotide group was 90.3%;and combined treatment group was 96.8%;group A compared with group B（P〈0.01）,group A compared with group C（P〈0.01）,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：Octreotide treatment varicose vein burst bleeds effect is remarkable,Desmopressin combinated therapy effect is better,safer,could be used routinely.
