| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨胸大肌胸腔内移植治疗全肺切除术后支气管残端瘘的有效性。方法 :用带蒂胸大肌瓣移入胸腔内封闭支气管残端 ,同时行胸开窗造口术 ,治疗全肺切除术后支气管残端瘘 3例。结果 :支气管残端瘘封闭良好 ,改善了呼吸功能 ,无手术死亡。结论 :胸大肌胸腔内移植治疗全肺切除术后支气管残端瘘是一种理想的治疗方法

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intrathoracic transposition of pectoralis major muscle for treating bronchial stump fistula after pneumonectomy.Methods:Three cases of patients with bronchial stump fistula were treated by intrathoracic transposition of pectoralis major muscle with pedical and open window thoracostomy.Results:By this operation the fistulas were closed and pulmonary function was improved with no operative death.Conclusion:Intrathoracic transposition of pectoralis major muscle and open window thoracostomy were effective method for treating bronchial stump fistula affer pneumonectomy. |
