紫杉醇与顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的观察国产紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗50例晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和安全性.方法紫杉醇135/m2、iv、1d,顺铂60mg/m2、iv、1～3d.28d为1周期,至少治疗2周期.结果PR38%(19/50),SD46%(23/50),PD16%(8/50),主要毒性反应为白细胞下降和脱发.结论紫杉醇与顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好的临床疗效,耐受性好.

Clinical observation of paclitaxel plus cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To observe clinical chemotherapeutic efficacy and safety of paclitaxel plus cisplatin in the treatment of 50 cases with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Patients received paclitaxel 135mg/m 2 on 1d, cisplatin 60mg/m 2 for 1-3d. Regiment had 28-day cycle, i.e,four weeks repeated and the efficacy was estimated after 2 periods.Results The PR was 38%(19/50). The SD was 46%(23/50). The PD was 16%(8/50).The major toxicity was leukopeniano and alopecia.Conclusion There was better efficacy using paclitaxel plus cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Patients had adaptive response.
