| 摘 要： | 目的:提高对Peutz-Jeghers综合征的认识以助诊断治疗。方法:通过收治的1例Peutz-Jeghers综合征病例,检索文献并收集、整理,对Peutz-Jeghers综合征临床分析。结果:Peutz-Jegher综合征与STK11基因有关,可癌变和增加其它部位发生肿瘤的危险性,有三大特征、并发症和其手术适应症,患者要定期做消化道检查。结论:Peutz-Jeghers综合征应受到足够的重视。
