老年脑出血并低钠血症46例临床分析

目的:探讨老年脑出血病合并低钠血症的临床特点及诊治。方法:对281例脑出血病例中筛选出的老年人并发低钠血症者的临床资料进行分析。结果:在46例老年脑出血合并低钠血症的患者中,符合脑性耗盐综合症12例,占26%,符合抗利尿激素分泌异常综合症4例,占8.7%。结论:老年脑出血合并低钠血症临床表现多样,需认真分型管理,及时治疗,能有效地促进病情恢复,提高抢救成功率。

Analysis of Senile Intracerebral Hemorrhage Complicated with Hyposalemia

Objective:To evaluate the clinical features,diagnosis and therapy for senile intracerebral hemorrhage complicated with hyposalemia.Methods:There were 46 patients with senile intracerebral hemorrhage complicated with hyposalemia.These patients were analysed retrospectively.Results:of the 46 patients,12 cases were cerebral salt wasting syndrome,about 26%;4 cases were syndrome of inappropriate secretion of anti diuretic hormove,about 8.7 %.Conclusion:To prevent early and treat primary diseases actively canbe able to promote restitution and decrease the mortality rate.
