彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌诊断的价值

目的评价二维超声图像特征对乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断的意义。方法应用高频二维超声对30例乳腺肿块患者进行检查,观察肿块的部位、形态、边界、边缘、纵横比、内部回声、病灶后方回声、侧壁声影、微小钙化灶及有无腋窝肿大淋巴结;彩色多普勒血流图着重观察乳腺肿块的血流特征。所有病例均经手术,并将超声诊断与病理诊断结果进行对照。结果30例乳腺肿块术后病理诊断均为恶性,其中28例超声提示为恶性,2例为良性,超声对乳腺恶性肿块的诊断总符合率为93.3%,误诊率为6.7%。结论高频二维超声特征结合彩色多普勒表现对乳腺恶性肿瘤具有较高的诊断价值。

Evaluation of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

Objective To evaluate the significances of two dimensional ultrasonograms in diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 30 patients of breast tumor received the examination of high frequency two dimensional ultrasonogram,observing the location,the form,the border,the longitude-latiude ratio,the echo intra and behind minor lesions,the tiny? calcification points and the axillary lymphnodes.Color Doppler ultrasound emphasizes the blood stream characters of breast tumor.All the patients accepted operation therapy,the comparisons between the ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis were also made.Results 30 patients with breast tumor diagnosed pathologically are all malignant tumors,although ultrasound diagnosed 28 cases as malignant tumors and 2 cases as benign tumor.The total diagnostic rate of coincidence by ultrasonograms is 93.3%,and the rate of missed diagnosis is 6.7%.Conclusions High frequency two dimensional combined with Color Doppler Ultrasound has great diagnostic values in breast cancer.
