念珠菌感染及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的了解我院2006年1月~2009年12月院内念珠菌感染状况,研究念珠菌的临床分布及对抗念珠菌药物的敏感性。方法对目标时间内住院病人送检标本进行真菌检验、鉴定和药敏试验;对检出念珠菌的病例进行临床资料的调查分析。结果1818例念珠菌属中,白色念珠菌最常见,占63.09%;其次为热带念珠菌,占14.46%;光滑念珠菌,占12.32%;近平滑念珠菌,占3.79%。药敏试验结果耐药性由低到高依次为两性霉素-B、5-氟胞嘧啶、氟康唑、伊曲康唑。结论医院念珠菌感染与原发病及老龄化等因素密切相关;合理使用抗菌药物、提高机体免疫力是预防住院患者念珠菌感染的主要措施。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence of nosocomial fung infection in the hospital from January 2006 to December 2009. Methods The identification of fun and flucorazole snspep tibitity test were carried out in patientshosp italized in the second affiliated hosp itals of kunmingmedical college; we collected from January 2006 to December 2009 the clinical information of nosocomial Candida infection on target patients. Results Candida albicans was the most f requent isolated organism accounting for 63.09 %. C. tropical is andothers accounted for 14.46 % ,C. glabrata and C. parapsilosis is 12.32 %and3.79%, respectively. The respiratory tract infection accounted for 76. 12%, andthe urinary tract was the second (5.83 %), the blood and genitourinary tract were the third (2. 2 %). The susceptibility of Candada spp strains to amphotericin B. fluconazole was more active than to other antifungalagents. Conclusion The Candida infection is relative to some risk factors, such as using antibiotics, underlyingdiseases and aging. Therefore, using antibiotics reasonably and improving the immunity are the main measures ofpreventing the Candida infection.
