| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甘草药材中淀粉含量和甘草酸含量的关系,为提高栽培甘草药材中的甘草酸含量提供依据.方法:采用HPLC和碘-淀粉比色法分别测定甘草单株中的甘草酸和淀粉含量.结果:甘草药材中淀粉质量分数为1.39%～10.82%,甘草酸质量分数为0.63%～3.51%.结论:甘草药材中淀粉含量和甘草酸含量负相关,可以通过调控甘草中淀粉含量提高甘草药材质量.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study on the chemical constituents of effective part of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae. Method: The sample was extracted with methanol and purified by macroporous resin. The structures were identified by high performance liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization with multi-stage tandem mass spectrometry. Result: Thirteen compounds were identified from the effective part of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid for the identification of the flavonoids and triterpenoid saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae. |
