小切口额部除皱术的临床初探

目的：减少额部除皱术的瘢痕和并发症。方法：在额部正中发际缘形成一个长1.5cm左右小切口，用血管钳在帽状腱膜下广泛分离，钳夹破坏部分额肌，将额部皮肤向上提拉固定。结果：本组17例，有效率为100％，满意率为70.6％（12/17），瘢痕不明显。结论：此方法简单，不需要特殊器械，损伤小，瘢痕少。长期效果有待观察。

Mini-incision for forehead lifting

Objective: To decrease the scar and other syndromes in forehead li ft ing.Methods: A mini-incision about 1.5 cm was made in the middle of the hair bo rder in the forehead; the extended disscution was carried under the galea aponeu rotic of the forehead,the musculi frontalis was destroied by pliers and ]the for ehead skin was lifted and fixed. Results:The operations were efficient in 17 cas es, The satisfaction rate was 70.6%and the scar was invisible.Conclusion:This m ethod of forehead lifting with mini-incision has such advantages that the opera ting process is simple and need no special instrument, the trauma is not serious , the incision is so small that the scar is invisible.However, the long-term re sults need to observe.
