急诊救治重型颅脑损伤552例临床分析

目的总结重型颅脑损伤的急诊救治效果。方法回顾性分析552例重型颅脑损伤患者的治疗情况。结果 552例重型颅脑损伤患者中手术治疗342例,非手术治疗210例。治疗效果良好370例（67.0%）,中度伤残8例（6.7%）,严重伤残16例（2.9%）,死亡158例（28.6%）。结论重型颅脑损伤患者的预后取决于颅脑损伤的性质及严重程度,并与合并伤密切相关。尽快明确诊断,针对威胁生命的主要原因施治是救治成功的关键。

Emergency treatment for severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To summarize the experience in emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 552 patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury were studied,retrospectively.Results 342 cases underwent operation.The results was good in 370 cases,the nerve function was moderate defect in 4 cases,serious defect in 16 cases and 158 cases died.Conclusion The prognosis of this disease depends on the nature of craniocerebral injury and its serious degree.Defining the diagnosis as early as possible and managing the injury threatening the life in time is the key to treat this disease successfully.
