蚌埠市社区慢病防治综合干预试点基线调查

目的研究蚌埠市城市社区居民存在的与慢性病的发生密切相关的主要不良行为和生活方式现况，为制定针对性较强的切合蚌埠地区社区居民的慢性病防治综合干预措施提供依据。方法在试点社区随机抽取206人，采用《社区居民营养与慢性病调查问卷》进行调查。结果蚌埠市试点社区人群慢病防治的知识、行为水平较低，分别为47．03％、54．77％。结论加强社区健康教育工作十分必要，且具有可行性。

Baseline Investigation of the Intervention Trial for Chronic Non-infectious Disease Control and Prevention in Communities of Bangbu City

Objective To understand of Bengbu City community residents and the major chronic diseases are closely related to the occurrence of bad behavior and way of life status,for the development of highly targeted areas with community residents in Bengbu of chronic disease prevention provide the basis for comprehensive interventions.Methods Two urban communities,a total of 206 people,a "community residents with chronic disease nutrition survey" to investigate.Results Bengbu City pilot community groups chronic disease prevention and treatment knowledge awareness,prevention approach endorsed the rate is good,but the health of the formation rate still far from enough.Conclusion Responding to expesience of the pilot-communities targeted and long-term health education and health pvomotion should be strengthened.
